E-GAMING CLUB OPERATIONS MANAGER (For Expat only)

 Oversee the day-to-day overall operations at the Club, including monitoring gaming areas, gaming facilities, supervising personnel, overseeing security services, customer satisfaction, etc. to make sure the Club runs efficiently, the gaming rules are followed operated within parameters established by E-gaming laws, in compliance with regulatory requirements.

 Develop and successfully lead both the Club operational team while managing all performance related activities including the duty of hiring, training, firing and overseeing supervisors and non-management staff.

 Provide strategic leadership to achieve financial, operational goals and the company’s budget while creating and/or approving work schedules.

 Create and implement innovative and effective sales and marketing campaigns to maximize room yield and revenue while generating continuous growth.

Bachelor’s Degree (Degree fields include Gaming/ Casino or Hotel business management, Hospitality).

10+ years of related work experience in the Hospitality industry.

5+ years at the Managerial level in the Gaming Industry.

Excellent management, leadership and customer service skills, sales and upselling

Strong and effective human relations, communication and organizational skills.
