Deputy Project Manager -Facility Management

• Coordinate with the project management team in preparation of reports, including but not limited to the scheduling updates & analysis, progress evaluation/measurement reports and various internal/external high-level reports.
Phối hợp với nhóm quản lý dự án trong việc chuẩn bị các báo cáo, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn ở việc cập nhật và phân tích lịch trình, báo cáo đánh giá/đo lường tiến độ và các báo cáo cấp cao nội bộ/bên ngoài khác nhau.

• Be able to draft accurate, timely reports and correspondence.
Có khả năng soạn thảo các báo cáo và thư từ chính xác, kịp thời.

• Facilitate weekly schedules and progress review meetings.
Tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho lịch trình hàng tuần và các cuộc họp đánh giá tiến độ.

 Implement the project/ Thực hiện dự án:

• Responsible in researching the original document about the current project (including infrastructure, system, material…) to develop new project in resort.
Chịu trách nhiệm nghiên cứu tài liệu gốc về dự án hiện tại (bao gồm cơ sở hạ tầng, hệ thống, vật liệu…) để phát triển dự án mới trong khu nghỉ dưỡng.

• Develop forms and records to document all planning and scheduling activities.
Xây dựng các biểu mẫu và hồ sơ để ghi lại tất cả các hoạt động lập kế hoạch và lập kế hoạch.

• Monitor progress of project and adjust as necessary to ensure the successful completion.
Giám sát tiến độ dự án và điều chỉnh khi cần thiết để đảm bảo hoàn thành thành công.

• Review the quality of work from contractor.
Xem xét chất lượng công việc từ nhà thầu.

• Provide document/ information regarding the warranty period/ work from contractor of each project in some situation.
Cung cấp tài liệu/thông tin về thời gian bảo hành/công việc từ nhà thầu của từng dự án trong một số trường hợp.

• Responsible for effective management of project team & design consultants.
Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý hiệu quả đội ngũ dự án và tư vấn thiết kế.

• Consultant on firefighting issue when implementing new project, coordinate with Design team to ensure new design following original approval firefighting layout.
Tư vấn về vấn đề chữa cháy khi triển khai dự án mới, phối hợp với nhóm Thiết kế để đảm bảo thiết kế mới theo sơ đồ chữa cháy đã được phê duyệt ban đầu.

• Review/ Consult document from Contractor & Consultant team to make sure the accuracy at some required submission or inspection.
Xem xét/Tư vấn tài liệu từ Nhà thầu & Nhóm Tư vấn để đảm bảo tính chính xác khi nộp hoặc kiểm tra theo yêu cầu.

 Evaluate the project/ Đánh giá dự án:

• Evaluate for the status & progress of the project and make sure the project follows the proposed target time as well as approve budget and required level of quality.
Đánh giá tình trạng và tiến độ của dự án và đảm bảo dự án tuân thủ thời gian mục tiêu đề xuất cũng như phê duyệt ngân sách và mức chất lượng yêu cầu.
