Clarify and resolve any issues to provide a timely and satisfactory outcome to the customer’s inquiry.
Provide excellent customer service to all customers and fellow STARS.
Support the efforts of other STARS to provide excellent customer service.
Respond sensitively to the needs and feeling of others, regardless of status or position; accept interpersonal differences and to maintain rapport.
Welcome and acknowledge all guests with genuine appreciation.
Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
Report accident, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to manager.

Competitive Salary
Monthly Service charge as revenue upon hotel operations and policy.
Provide accommodation (with AC), 3 meals daily, and uniform and laundry service for uniform.
Offered relocation ticket, home leave allowance, repatriation allowance as hotel policy.
Annual Leave: 12 days per 12 months of service.
Comply with government Public Holidays.
Working days/week: 5 days; Days off/week: 2 days.
Insurance as labor law: Social insurance, Health insurance and Unemployment insurance.
Health care insurance for personal.
Training policy: As per work requirements as required from time-to-time.
