Mô tả công việc
- Manage SVP, Destination Marketing's calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and distribute notes and action items.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight reservations, hotel bookings, and ground transportation.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of internal and external communications, including presentations, reports, and memos.
- Provide project support to the SVP and department, including assisting with research, preparing reports, and completing other tasks as assigned.
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Organize and maintain files and records, both electronic and physical.
- Collaborate with other departments to complete projects and tasks as needed.
- Manage expenses, including processing invoices and reconciling payment statements.
- Assist with budget management, including tracking expenses and preparing financial reports.
- Assist in managing projects within the Destination Marketing department, including research, data collection, and reporting.
- Assist in planning and organizing events, conferences, and promotional activities related to destination marketing.
- In charge of other admin tasks as requested by Line Manager.
- Other duties as assigned by Line Manager & the Company Management.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Previous experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant is highly desirable, especially in a corporate or marketing environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Vietnamese.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software tools is essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with travel booking and expense management.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
