Mô tả công việc

Actively work as part of the operational management team to achieve excellent performance as a minimum; assist the transport manager in providing root cause when the target is not reached.
Monitoring and track the daily performance of the supervisors, coordinators, and drivers to ensure sooth operations within the team.
Support the transport manager in ensuring that customer relationships are built on integrity and professionalism.
Deputize for the transport manager in his/her absence. Attending conference calls, morning meetings and acting as point of contact with the internal and external customers.
Monitor the fleet servicing to make sure the all cars comply with servicing requirements.
To work as a member of the HOIANA management team, undertaking delegated tasks and responsibilities in line with the emerging needs and operational requirements of the service, including where necessary the contracting out of transport provision to other transport providers .
To ensure high standards of service delivery through the consistent application of recognized standards and established policies, procedures, and practices.
To ensure all transport staff are working in a safe environment and effective manner always.
To undertake any other duties related to the responsibilities of the post and which may be delegated by HOIANA management.
Other tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

Preferred 1-3 years of related experience.
Experience in a similar supervisory role in the transport sector preferred.
Excellent English in both written and verbal communication.
Experience of vehicle maintenance.
Need to be assertive with an outgoing nature, able to cope well in pressured situations.
Self-motivated, independent resourceful and adaptable is preferred.
A good understanding of Microsoft packages including Word and Excel.
Bachelor’s Degree or related equivalent work experience.
