Oversee and manage the housekeeping department to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms, public areas, and all facilities.

Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to meet quality and cleanliness standards.

Train, motivate, and supervise housekeeping staff, ensuring they provide exceptional service.

Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Proven experience in a similar executive housekeeping role, preferably in a hotel or resort.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Fluent in English
