Mô tả công việc

- Ensure all the F&B manuals are always update with the following: Sequence of Service, SOPs, Opening and Closing Check Lists, Side Duties and Food and Beverage Plating Guide.

- Understand departments and hotel’s product, and upsell to the guest, or recommend hotel products to the guest

- Observe staff’s performance, give constructive feedback when need it

- Perform Brand’s services behaviours in daily operation basic towards the guests

- .......

- Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned
