Mô tả công việc
- Performs preventive maintenance, repairs and replaces assigned HVAC equipment, including pneumatic and electronic.
- Ensure smooth and accurate running of operations based on the given tasks.
- Diagnose, troubleshoots refrigeration and air conditioner equipment and make necessary repairs.
- Complies information with concerns to deferred maintenance; (Age of equipment, numbers of break downs, annual cost to maintain).
- Secure all equipment are updated in terms of preventive maintenance.
- Follow and implements provisions for emergency management plans.
- Contribute to a safe educational and working environment by participating in all drills and training and being prepared to take action when should a health or safety emergency occur.
- Oversee and analyze, troubleshoot, install repair, rebuild, replace and adjust pneumatic, electrical and electro-pneumatic and digital control systems. Query and monitor control systems as they relate to energy management and preventative maintenance operations.
- Inspect and verify the operation and safety of all heating boilers, roof top units, air handling units and ventilation systems.
- Inspects HVAC systems and their components (e.g. heating units, building exhaust fans, ventilation units, etc.) to ensure that these are all in good running conditions.
- Performs routine and preventive maintenance as needed to ensure the ongoing functioning of HVAC systems.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Vocational Trade certificate or diploma in certified heat, electric or HVAC.
- At least 3 years’ experience in Operation of hotel or similar as MEP Technician.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job. Ability to communicate, interact and work effectively and cooperatively with all.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Vietnamese& English is a must.
