Giám sát kỹ thuật/ Engineering Supervisor

1. Engineering & Maintenance Management

Oversee day-to-day operation and maintenance of all hotel systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, kitchen, laundry, and building infrastructure.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure minimal breakdowns.

Ensure all equipment is operating at optimal efficiency to save energy and reduce costs.

2. Safety & Compliance

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental laws.

Maintain all fire safety systems and ensure regular inspections are conducted.

Lead the team in following proper safety procedures and wearing protective gear.

3. Team Leadership & Development

Recruit, train, and supervise engineering staff, including technicians, electricians, and mechanics.

Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching for skills improvement.

Create a positive and safe working environment for the team.

4. Budget & Cost Control

Prepare and manage the department’s operating and capital expenditure budgets.

Control costs through efficient resource allocation and vendor negotiation.

Keep records of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and repair costs.

5. Project & Renovation Management

Plan and supervise renovation, upgrade, or installation projects within the property.

Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure quality and timely completion.

6. Interdepartmental Support

Work closely with other departments to resolve technical issues affecting guest experience.

Provide technical advice and solutions for operational improvements.

Minimum 5–7 years of engineering experience in the hospitality industry, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of hotel building systems and preventive maintenance programs.

Good understanding of energy management and cost-saving techniques.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.

Proficient in using engineering tools, maintenance software, and Microsoft Office.
