Mô tả công việc

Provide safe, courteous, and comfortable transportation for hotel guests.
Ensure the hotel limousine/vehicle is clean, well-maintained, in good working condition, and stocked with the necessary amenities.
Maintain accurate transportation logs, including guest details and trip records. Demonstrate strong knowledge of local roads and traffic conditions to ensure efficient and timely transportation.
Provide guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city, surrounding areas, and local attractions.
Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism. Accommodate special requests whenever possible, resolve guest concerns, and assist with inquiries regarding hotel services, operating hours, key personnel, and hotel events.
When not transporting guests, support Bell Attendant operations and ensure smooth and efficient guest service.
Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their rooms when required. Deliver luggage to guest rooms upon check-in and collect luggage upon departure. Maintain accurate records of luggage deliveries and pick-ups.
