- Organize, assign, and supervise the daily tasks of Stewarding staff.

Tổ chức, phân công và giám sát công việc hằng ngày của nhân viên Steward.

- Ensure that kitchen areas, storage rooms, dishwashing areas, and waste disposal areas are kept clean, organized, and safe at all times.

Đảm bảo khu vực bếp, kho, khu rửa, khu xử lý rác thải luôn sạch sẽ, gọn gàng và an toàn.

- Control and monitor the washing, storage, and distribution procedures of kitchen and restaurant equipment and utensils.

Kiểm soát quy trình rửa, bảo quản và luân chuyển dụng cụ bếp, nhà hàng.

- Ensure strict compliance with food safety standards, HACCP requirements, occupational health and safety regulations, and the resort’s internal policies.

Đảm bảo tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt các tiêu chuẩn VSATTP, HACCP, an toàn lao động và quy định nội bộ resort.

- Conduct regular inspections of kitchen hygiene, utensils, and equipment.

Thực hiện kiểm tra định kỳ vệ sinh bếp, dụng cụ và thiết bị.

- Manage and monitor the inventory and condition of kitchen and restaurant equipment and utensils.

Quản lý và theo dõi số lượng, tình trạng dụng cụ và thiết bị bếp, nhà hàng.

- Plan and purchase cleaning chemicals and consumable supplies in accordance with the approved budget.

Lập kế hoạch mua hóa chất vệ sinh và vật tư tiêu hao theo ngân sách được duyệt.

- Control asset losses and damages and propose replacements or repairs when necessary.

Kiểm soát thất thoát, hư hỏng tài sản và đề xuất thay thế hoặc sửa chữa khi cần.

- Train Stewarding staff on work procedures, hygiene standards, and occupational safety.

Đào tạo nhân viên Steward về quy trình làm việc, tiêu chuẩn vệ sinh và an toàn lao động.

- Evaluate staff performance, enforce discipline, and recommend rewards or recognition when appropriate.

Đánh giá hiệu quả công việc, thực hiện kỷ luật và đề xuất khen thưởng khi phù hợp.

- Foster teamwork, discipline, and a positive working environment within the department.
