Mô tả công việc
- Assist the HR Manager in overseeing daily Human Resources operations.
- Maintain, update, and manage Associate personnel files and HR documentation.
- Support payroll processing by preparing summary time attendance and Associate-related data.
- Handle social insurance procedures in accordance with local regulations.
- Monitor and administer Associate welfare and benefit programs in line with the Group's policies
- Support other HR administrative activities as assigned.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management

Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated from University
- Knowledge of Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations
- Hard-working, active, enthusiastic
- At least 1-2 years experience at the same position is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with the Cadena HR System is an advantage
