Attendant, Front Office (Golf)

• The FO Attendant is responsible for creating the first and last impressions of Hoiana Shores Golf Club experience to our Guests while maintaining a high level of professionalism and service that aligns with the values and standards of the Golf Club.

• The FO Attendant is rotated in charge of reservation, reception, and pro-shop adhering to the Golf Club’s standard operating procedures.

• Implement all reception/registration activities and check out of guests in the timely and correctly manner.

• Adhere to all credit procedures and accounting procedures pertaining to the registration process.

• Accurately handle the cash float, ensuring the balancing of credit card, charges and cash.

• Any discount, void made must be approved by manager or supervisor in accordance with Company policies and procedures.

• Issue red invoice correctly as Guests’ required information.

• Promptly handle guest complaints according to established procedures then report to FO Manager/FO Supervisor for further follow up.

• Efficiently and accurately receive and process individual reservations via telephone calls and email.

• Receive, unpack, label and display merchandise sold in the Golf Shop as per direction from the Supervisor.

• Ensure that the display area is fully stocked, cleaned and orderly at all times.

• Maintain the clean orderly appearance of the Golf Shop throughout the day.

• Monitor stock levels & inform the Supervisor if any stock items are low level stock.

• Receive payment for items either in cash of credit card or, if approved, direct Guest's charge. Anticipate the needs of Guests and offer appropriate merchandise solutions. Become fully knowledgeable in all products and sales techniques.
