Công Việc Chính:

Giám sát và quản lý hoạt động hàng ngày của đội ngũ an ninh.

Triển khai các giao thức và thủ tục an ninh để đảm bảo an toàn cho khách, nhân viên và tài sản.

Tiến hành định kỳ đánh giá an ninh và đề xuất các biện pháp cải tiến.

Hợp tác với cơ quan chức năng địa phương và dịch vụ khẩn cấp khi cần thiết.

Đào tạo và hướng dẫn nhân viên an ninh, đảm bảo chất lượng chuyên nghiệp cao.

Xử lý các sự cố an ninh và điều tra một cách nhanh chóng và hiệu quả.

Giám sát hệ thống giám sát và phản ứng.

Hợp tác với các bộ phận khác để duy trì môi trường an toàn và bảo đảm cho CBNV và khách hàng.

Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong vai trò giám sát hoặc lãnh đạo an ninh.

Hiểu biết sâu sắc về nguyên tắc, giao thức và công nghệ an ninh.

Kỹ năng giao tiếp và giao tiếp giỏi.

Khả năng đưa ra quyết định nhanh chóng trong tình huống khẩn cấp.

Hiểu biết về các luật lệ và quy định địa phương liên quan đến an ninh.

Chứng chỉ quản lý an ninh hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan là một lợi thế.
