Mô tả công việc

  • Support the F&B Director - FBD in administrative tasks, organize the filing system and operate the department's daily operations.
  • Act as a bridge to convey information and reports accurately and effectively from FBD to management departments and vice versa.
  • Process and track orders, vouchers, employee training plans, etc. of the F&B department.
  • Monitor and handle all emails and calls to and from the F&B department's office.
  • Ensure the food and beverage record system is managed according to standards and requirements.
  • Participate in coming up with ideas for new menus, editing daily menus, special menus for events... of the restaurant.
  • Participate in contributing ideas to F&B department meetings.
  • Participate in contributing ideas to the department's incentive programs and promotions.
  • Monitor the implementation of F&B department plans and update information when necessary.
  • Monitor the process of providing services and products to ensure the best experience for customers.
  • Assist in resolving customer experience feedback as directed by FBD.
  • Responsible for securing information and document files assigned to FBD to manage.
  • Coordinate with the hotel's finance department to make budget reports and budget forecasts by month, quarter, and year.
  • Perform other tasks when requested by FBD.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Proficient in office information technology skills such as: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutLook.
  • Good English skills (specialized culinary vocabulary); Have knowledge and understanding of food, drinks as well as kitchen activities; Have skills in organizing, managing records and handling problems quickly...
  • High school diploma/G.E.D. equivalent.
  • At least 1 years of work experience in Hospitality Industry
