L&D Executive cum English Teacher

• Support the Learning Manager in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and developing the Annual Training Plan (ATP) for English training programmes.
• Design and deliver General English courses with appropriate syllabi and lesson plans tailored to specific departmental needs.
• Develop specialized English learning materials to support operational requirements (e.g. English for Forbes Service Standards).
• Evaluate the effectiveness of English training and other L&D programmes using established metrics.
• Conduct Orientation programmes for new associates in the absence of the L&D Manager.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date training records in compliance with Banyan Group and Garrya standards.
• Monitor and oversee the use and condition of training facilities and equipment.
• Support and initiate various learning and employee engagement activities within the hotel such as wellbeing initiatives  (e.g., Annual Product Knowledge Quiz, Wellbeing Wednesdays...)
• Maintain and update Banyan Group's and Garrya's Product Knowledge databases; Stay updated with new corporate training programmes.
• Utilize Banyan Group's LMS, LM reporting functions as well as GHR systems to maintain training databases and provide reports to L&D Manager.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the L&D Manager

Bachelor’s degree in English Language, Education, TESOL/TEFL, Linguistics

Appropriate English Teaching Certifications:

• TESOL, TEFL (120 hours+), CELTA
• IELTS Academic 7.0+ or equivalent (TOEIC 850+, TOEFL iBT 95+).
• Certification in Business English or ESP (English for Specific Purposes) is a plus
