Job Description

Responsible for executing digital activities as assigned based on key initiatives
Managing daily operations of the e-commerce platform(s)
Coordinate product listings, make sure promotion is up to date
Analyze web traffic and sales data to identify trends and opportunities
Monitor and report on performance metrics like conversion rate, bounce rate
Ensure timely order fulfillment, returns processing, and customer service follow-ups
Research competitors, market trends, and emerging technologies

Requirement

Fluent English
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or Journalism, Business Management
Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality filed (Revenue, Revenue, E-commerce)
