Position Overview:

As Assistant Bar Manager, you will lead the rooftop bar experience at Wink Hotel Can Tho. This is more than a management role — it’s a chance to shape a cultural hotspot in the Mekong Delta. You’ll oversee operations, inspire a passionate team, and deliver unforgettable moments for guests and locals alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Rooftop Bar team with energy, creativity, and a guest-first mindset
Design and evolve a standout beverage program with signature cocktails and local flair
Ensure smooth daily operations, from service flow to inventory and compliance
Collaborate with marketing to drive events, promotions, and social buzz
Deliver exceptional guest experiences, turning first-time visitors into regulars
Manage budgets and performance metrics to meet revenue and quality goals

Yêu cầu công việc

What Wink’re Looking For:

5+ years of experience in bar or hospitality management, ideally in a rooftop or lifestyle venue
Strong leadership and team development skills
Deep knowledge of mixology, spirits, and beverage trends
Excellent communication in English and Vietnamese
Passion for hospitality, innovation, and local culture
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
English communication
