Position Overview:
As Assistant Bar Manager, you will lead the rooftop bar experience at Wink Hotel Can Tho. This is more than a management role — it’s a chance to shape a cultural hotspot in the Mekong Delta. You’ll oversee operations, inspire a passionate team, and deliver unforgettable moments for guests and locals alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Rooftop Bar team with energy, creativity, and a guest-first mindset
- Design and evolve a standout beverage program with signature cocktails and local flair
- Ensure smooth daily operations, from service flow to inventory and compliance
- Collaborate with marketing to drive events, promotions, and social buzz
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences, turning first-time visitors into regulars
- Manage budgets and performance metrics to meet revenue and quality goals

What Wink’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in bar or hospitality management, ideally in a rooftop or lifestyle venue
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Deep knowledge of mixology, spirits, and beverage trends
- Excellent communication in English and Vietnamese
- Passion for hospitality, innovation, and local culture
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- English communication
