Mô tả công việc

Phụ trách mảng tuyển sinh cho Trường Cao Đẳng Quản trị Khách sạn Du lịch quốc tế IMPERIAL

1. Student Recruitment

New students

• Strong desire to achieve set targets and goals.

• Achieve conversion rate (visitors – placement tests- sales) daily on average.

• Follow up bookings/leads daily.

• Achieve set targets and goals weekly and set plan for upcoming week(s).

Re-enrollment

• Check re-enrollment status weekly

• Take action promptly

Customer Services

• Handle customers feedback/complaints

• Handle customers financial requests

• Process special offers or discounts as directed

• Propose sales events, activities for School

Reporting

• Complete reports: weekly, monthly or as required

• Implement daily / monthly reports

2.Administration supports

Clerical Support

• Provide needed administrative support for Vice Dean ( Business) and other staff, in addition to Educators

• Organize and maintain hard copy and digital student recruitment files

• Answer inquiries efficiently and effectively to properly represent IIHS to both internal and external customers

Other Duties, as assigned

• May include daily or overnight travel to other locations in Vietnam

• Other reasonable tasks as assigned to assist in IIHSs operation

Yêu cầu công việc

• College/University degree preferred
• Language: Good spoken and written English
• Fluent in Microsoft Office
• Other requirements:
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to receive and give complex messages with accuracy and maintain good working relationships; attention to details required;
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines, to operate in confidential manner with discretion, enthusiasm and optimism.
