Mô tả công việc

• Assist HRD in developing and managing the foreign language program of Casino, building up self-learning culture of employees.

• Support departments in analyzing the level of learner and make proper courses for employees.

• Design & build up, review and revise directly the English/Chinese learning materials including books, video…

• Conduct the English/Chinese Training Classes and audit actual English/Chinese speaking ability of targeted employees.

• Develop Corona English/Chinese Club to improve speaking skill.

• Work with internal Trainers to develop the plan of foreign language training program.

• Study and make proposal for new training applications and methods related to English/Chinese learning of company.

• Assist in translating English/Chinese documents into Vietnamese and versace.

• Other tasks assigned by Director of Human Resources & Admin.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Working at Corona Resort & Casino Phú Quốc

• Bachelor degree from the English/Chinese department of prestigious college or universities

• Having 2 years’ experience in teaching English/Chinese and communication is preferred

• Good listening, reading, speaking, writing skills

• Knowledgeable in training assessment, design, delivery and evaluation preferred

• Demonstrate the ability to be innovate in adult training

• The ability to introduce a wide variety of reference sources

• Experience in hospitality and hotel industry is preferable

• Must present a well-groomed appearance

• Microsoft Office knowledge is required
