Mô tả công việc
Prepare duty rosters and conduct daily briefings for Resort Hosts.
Oversee guest arrival, check-in, and departure processes, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service.
Inspect guest rooms and public areas to maintain cleanliness and high standards.
Manage guest recognition programs and address inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly.
Coordinate tours, sightseeing bookings, and promote hotel, spa, and golf facilities.
Assist with billing procedures and administrative tasks.
Conduct hotel site inspections and support Front Office operations when required.
Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate Resort Hosts, fostering team development and performance

Yêu cầu công việc
Previous experience in hospitality or guest services preferred.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, complaints handling
Good command of English speaking
