- Participate in the development of business strategies for the Hotel
- Maximize profitability and revenue by directing the operation of the Rooms Division
- Develop and implement strategies and practices that support employee engagement
- Achieve goal for RevPar by developing and implementing yield management strategies to increase occupancy and average rate
- Achieve customer satisfaction and room revenue goals by supervising Front Office operations
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve goals for Willingness to Return, Customer Complaints
- Join to make the annual budget of departments
- Perform other duties may assigned.
- Report to the Resort Manager

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience managing to brand standards
- Experience managing owner relationships
- Able to resolve conflicts guests, supervisors and employee
- Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork
- Knowledge or hotel operations including; preparation of business plans, budget forecasting, quality assurance program, hospitality law, and long-range planning
