Mô tả công việc

  • Handle all incoming and outgoing telephone calls in a professional, courteous and efficient manner.
  • Operate and monitor the hotel telephone/PABX system, Voice Mail, Call Accounting system and relevant Front Office systems.
  • Ensure all telephone equipment, software and hardware are functioning properly and report any technical issues for timely follow-up.
  • Monitor PABX, Voice Mail and Call Accounting system performance and maintain relevant equipment and performance logs.
  • Answer guest calls promptly and assist with guest requests, inquiries and service needs.
  • Coordinate guest requests with relevant departments and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Handle wake-up calls and other telephone services accurately according to hotel standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of telephone calls, guest requests, messages, incidents and follow-up actions in the relevant system/logbook.
  • Ensure telephone charges are accurately recorded and processed in the billing system.
  • Maintain updated telephone lists, user documentation, PABX reports and numbering plans.
  • Handle emergency calls and follow the hotel’s emergency, safety and security procedures when required.
  • Communicate important guest information and operational matters clearly during shift handovers.
  • Maintain good knowledge of hotel facilities, services, F&B outlets, promotions and ALL – Accor Live Limitless benefits.
  • Support the Front Office team in providing information and assistance to guests when required.
  • Maintain a professional telephone manner, appearance and attitude at all times.
  • Attend daily briefings, meetings and training sessions as assigned by Management.
  • Perform related duties and special projects as assigned by Management.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional telephone manner and ability to interact effectively with guests, employees and third parties.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Opera/PMS; knowledge of PABX, Voice Mail and Call Accounting systems is an advantage.
  • Good problem-solving, organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Guest-oriented, attentive to detail and able to remain calm and professional under pressure.
