Mô tả công việc
- Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Manage guest seating and table allocation according to reservations, guest preferences and outlet capacity.
- Check and manage restaurant reservations, waiting lists, special requests and VIP arrangements.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus or relevant information about the outlet.
- Coordinate with Service and Kitchen teams to ensure smooth table management and guest flow.
- Monitor table status and support efficient seating during busy periods.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests and feedback professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain accurate guest and reservation information in the relevant system.
- Provide information about menus, promotions, restaurant facilities and hotel services.
- Support upselling and promotion of food and beverage items where appropriate.
- Operate the POS/cashier system accurately for billing and payment transactions.
- Prepare and process guest bills, payments, discounts, complimentary items and other adjustments according to authorized procedures.
- Handle cash, credit card and other payment methods accurately and securely.
- Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and reconciled at the end of the shift.
- Prepare cashier reports and hand over cash and supporting documents according to hotel procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest and payment information.
- Ensure the hostess desk, reception area and cashier station are clean, organized and presentable.
- Follow hotel standards for grooming, service, hygiene, safety and cash handling.
- Support daily briefings, training and other F&B activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager or F&B Supervisor.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Food & Beverage or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Hostess, Cashier, Receptionist or in a similar F&B/hospitality position.
- Previous experience in an international hotel or resort is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations, table management, reservations and basic cashiering procedures.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS or relevant hotel systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional manner.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially in handling bills, payments and cash transactions.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work efficiently during busy periods.
- Basic sales and upselling skills are an advantage.
- Positive, proactive and guest-oriented attitude.
- Honest, responsible and trustworthy with good cash-handling discipline.
