[Hà Nội] Head Bartender

Role Description:

This role is responsible for leading the bar team and managing all aspects of beverage service behind the bar. This role involves creating and serving high-quality drinks, maintaining the bar's upscale atmosphere, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Operation:

• Supervise bartenders team to ensure high quality drinks and services.
• Work and report to managers about the team. Be the connect points between the management team and bar team.
• Supervise and maintain the quality of drinks and uphold presentation standards.
• Work with managers to research and develop a variety of premium cocktails, drink offerings to the highest standards.

Customer Service:

• Serve drinks and bring excellent experience with company legacy to the guests.
• Assist in ensuring the overall ambiance of the bar meets luxury standards.
• Ensure guests are welcomed, served following our legacy and standards.

Training:

• Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they are well-trained and delivering exceptional service.
• Conduct research and planning for training purposes.
• Follow up with each staff on skillset, knowledge on the drinks and stock. Overview and conduct suitable training and SOP for the bar team.
• Ensure all team members can serve quality drinks and uphold presentation standards.
• Ensure all team members understand product offerings and have the skillset to provide upselling to guests.

Benefit:

• Salary: 12-14M based on experience plus 13th month salary. + service charge + revenue share + com
• Weekly working hours: 45 hours, 6 days
• 20 days of paid leave per year.
• Meal allowance: 40,000 VND per working day.

Requirement:

• Education & Certifications: any education & certification is a plus
• Previously experienced as a bartender with supervisory role within a high-end or luxury lounge bar.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality service.
• In-depth knowledge of premium cocktails, wines, and spirits.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and team management abilities, including training and guidance.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Can speak well in English.
