1. Enhances personal recognition and prompt attention to guests from their arrival through their departure

2. Updates guest history files on a regular basis

3. Ensure that all guests receive a warm and courteous welcome upon check-in

4. Attends all the guest needs, queries and requests promptly and channel feedback to the relevant HODs for appropriate actions. All such queries and complaints must be given immediately attention

5. Promotes hotel facilities whenever possible

6. Check –in and check out guests

7. Responsibility for airport pick-up and transfer as flight scheduled

8. Daily checks through regular guest and VIPs list and arrival report, to check rooms of expected arrival guest and ensures that amenities are prepared and ordered

9. Perform other related tasks assigned by Head deparment

• BA or Diploma degree major in Hospitality
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Prefer candidates have at least 1 year experience in 4 - 5 star hotel.
• Working rotation shifts
