Recreation Agent - Nhân viên Giải trí

Mô tả công việc:

• Lau sạch máy tập thể dục và dọn dẹp khăn, rác thải, đồ thừa trong khu vực tập gym.
• Duy trì cung cấp đủ ly và nước uống tại khu vui chơi giải trí.
• Vệ sinh phòng vệ sinh và phòng tắm của khu tập gym và khu vui chơi giải trí.

2. Chuẩn bị khăn và phục vụ khách:

• Nhận, gấp và xếp khăn theo quy định của công ty.
• Phát tủ khóa và khăn cho khách.

• Kiểm kê vật tư, dụng cụ và thiết bị, báo cáo cho giám sát/quản lý khi vật tư sắp hết.

• Cung cấp thông tin cho khách về các tiện ích và hoạt động vui chơi giải trí.
• Tạo ra bầu không khí vui vẻ và thư giãn cho khách hàng.
• Truyền đạt các quy tắc và điều lệ của khu vui chơi giải trí nhằm đảm bảo an toàn và lợi ích cho khách hàng và thành viên.

Job Description:

• Wipe down exercise equipment and remove towels, trash, and debris from the gym area.
• Ensure adequate supply of cups and drinking water in the recreation area.
• Clean restrooms and showers in the gym and recreation area.

2. Preparing Towels and Assisting Guests:

• Receive, fold, and stack towels according to company guidelines.
• Issue lockers and towels to guests.

3. Managing Supplies and Equipment:

• Inventory supplies, tools, and equipment, and report to supervisor/manager when supplies are running low.

4. Guest Information and Support:

• Provide information to guests about amenities and recreational activities.
• Create a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests.
• Communicate the rules and regulations of the recreation center to ensure the safety and benefit of guests and members.

Requirement:

• At least 1 year related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic English communication
