Sharon Bakery is seeking an experienced and passionate Head Baker Chef.

The key responsibilities include:

 Work closely with the executive team

 Manage our production facility operations, that manufacture a wide variety of bakery products

About You:

 Demonstrated baking qualification/s and minimum 5 years of experience. Experience working in a large hotel – highly desirable!

 Career minded, a great positive attitude, CREATIVE! and real JOY and PASSION for baking – you will need to demonstrate great pride in your work

 Desire and passion to learn. An ability to self learn – highly important

 Systematic, pay attention to details - The right candidate will have a good eye for detail and able to use and follow systems and procedures.

 Excellent communication skills –be able to communicate English – highly desirable

 Experience working in a team and leading a team: you will need to demonstrate an end to end “ownership” of the entire daily production operation – people management and team leadership, daily tasks, inventory, orders, equipment and facility maintenance etc.

 Self-starter, driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment

 Willing to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Essential Skills:

Besides being an excellent baker!, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

 Proven experience in similar roles and demonstrated 5+ years’ experience

 Strong product knowledge – you will need to be able to demonstrate an experience in both pastry and bakery.

 Have sound knowledge of bakery equipment and technology

 Must have knowledge of food handling and hygiene - Strict adherence to food safety regulations

 Ability to work flexible hours - 7day availability on a rotating roster (mostly day shifts). Must be available for early mornings starts & weekend shifts

 Full working rights in Vietnam
