Mô tả công việc

- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.

- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, recording, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data.

- Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits.

- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.

- Researching discrepancies, reviewing customer accounts, and contacting customers directly for collection purposes

- Generate reports detailing accounts receivable status and other management reports as required by line manager.

- Coordinate with internal departments to optimize cash management and forecasting processes.

- Assist in bank reconciliations and monitor banking activities.

- Assist in cashflow forecasting.

- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes.

- Other tasks when required.

Yêu cầu công việc

- University Degree in Finance and Accounting fields

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in hotel / F&B industry.

- Strong at taxation knowledge

- Good written and spoken English

- Time management, negotiation, critical thinking skills

- Under pressure
