Mô tả công việc
- Plan, organize, direct, control, or coordinate gaming operations in an E-gaming Club.
- Circulate among EGMs/ Slots to ensure that operations are conducted properly.
- Prepare roster, schedules and station assignments, staff rotations and breaks. Keep attendance records & locate substitute staff as necessary.
- Explain and interpret house rules, such as game rules or betting limits.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding problems such as gaming policies or payout errors.
- Review operational expenses, budget estimates, betting accounts, and collection reports for accuracy.
- Train, develop and motivate staff on customer service, gaming knowledge and skills.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Casino or Gaming background.
- At least 03-year at Senior Supervisor level or 01-year at Executive level.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service with problem solving skills.
- Ability to monitor, supervise, observe, and pay close attention to the daily business activities;
