Club Lounge Manager | Quản lý Club Lounge

• Oversee the daily operations of the Club Lounge to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure that all Check-in and Check-out of Club Sofitel Team is made line with the standards established;
• Monitor guest satisfaction, handle feedback and service recovery, and build long-term guest loyalty.
• Ensure that the team provide F&B service in the Lounge, breakfast, evening cocktail, afternoon tea;
• Coordinate daily operations, special events, and VIP guest requests with relevant departments.
• Manage inventories, purchasing, maintenance requests, duty rosters, and operational reports.
• Ensure accurate billing, cost control, and achievement of departmental financial targets.
• Drive upselling opportunities and promote hotel services, facilities, and loyalty programs (ALL – Accor Live Limitless & Accor Plus).
• Ensure that all the payment received are accurate with the rate given and increase the hotel revenue tying the upsell the guest who are checking in a tactful manner and in line with the upselling procedures;
• Organize team training, performance reviews, and cross-training initiatives to continuously improve service quality.
• Create more the relationship with customers to bring the satisfaction and to have more loyal guests.

• Have experiences in a similar position in 5 star luxury international hotel brand in Vietnam;
• A degree or diploma in hospitality is advantageous;
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint with experience in presenting monthly reports, business plans;
• Management and administration skills;
• HACCP Knowledge is a plus;
• Exceptional leadership mindset; ability to coach and mentor others; developing future leaders; guest orientation with eye for details.
• Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times;
• Candidates who are based in Vietnam only.
