Mô tả công việc

1. Lead and manage all Front Office operations to ensure smooth and efficient daily performance.

2. Drive exceptional guest experience, ensuring all VIPs, repeat guests, and guest concerns are handled professionally.

3. Develop, implement, and maintain Front Office SOPs and service standards.

4. Supervise, train, and develop the Front Office team to achieve high performance and productivity.

5. Manage room inventory, room allocation, and occupancy forecasting to optimize revenue.

6. Monitor Front Office financial operations including cash handling, billing, and reports.

7. Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, Sales, and Accounting departments.

8. Analyze guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance service quality.

9. Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, and a positive working environment.

10. Report directly to Operation management on operational performance and key issues.

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Front Office management (resort/international hotel preferred)

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Solid knowledge of Front Office operations and Smile systems

Good command of English

Ability to work under pressure
