Job summary

• Manages and ensures an efficient Training Department; develops qualified internal trainers and ensures the successful running of hotel training system. Ensures all training and development programs support the hotel business objectives’ achievement and overall performance improvement.

Experience –

• More than 3 years’ experience in managing Training and Development function in 5-star hotels, and a pre-opening experience is an advantage.
