- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize room revenue and hotel profitability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, demand patterns, and business performance.
- Manage room inventory and availability across all distribution channels.
- Optimize pricing strategies based on market demand and business needs.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly revenue analysis and prepare performance reports.
- Participate in budget preparation and annual business planning.
- Identify revenue opportunities and recommend promotional activities to increase market share.
- Monitor channel performance and distribution costs to ensure maximum profitability.
- Ensure rate parity and compliance with brand standards across all booking platforms.
- Ensure all reservations are handled accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor reservation conversion rates and implement strategies to improve sales performance.
- Ensure timely response to guest inquiries, booking requests, and special arrangements.
- Handle complex reservations, group bookings, and VIP reservations.
- Ensure reservation procedures comply with Accor brand standards and operating procedures.
