Communication skills for all levels of staff/guests.
Giao tiếp với nhân viên và khách hàng.
Answer questions about services available in the spa/salon to assist individuals in selecting a service and using appropriate, professional etiquette
Trả lời các câu hỏi của khách về các dịch vụ tại spa, luôn hỗ trợ khách bằng ngôn ngữ, thái độ chuyên nghiệp, tận tâm
Schedule services for individuals and large groups using spa/salon reservations software system.
Hỗ trợ sắp xếp việc đặt lịch hoặc thay đổi lịch hẹn các dịch vụ cho cá nhân khách hoặc nhóm khách bằng hệ thống phần mềm
Maintains intimate knowledge of departmental standards and procedures
Duy trì kiến thức sản phẩm, các tiêu chuẩn và thủ tục của bộ phận
Does everything possible to ensure that the guests depart the hotel with a positive impression of hotel service
Làm hết khả năng để đảm bảo rằng khách rời khách sạn với ấn tượng tích cực về dịch vụ khách sạn
Maintains exemplary department standards of behavior and appearance and attitude as expected
Duy trì các tiêu chuẩn mẫu mực của bộ phận về hành vi, ngoại hình và thái độ
Takes personal interest and pride to ensure that the front desk work area is kept clean and in an orderly state al all times
Có sự quan tâm và vệ sinh thường xuyên khu vực làm việc của lễ tân, được giữ sạch sẽ và ngăn nắp
Complete all other tasks assigned by Supervisors/Managers.
Hoàn thành tất cả các nhiệm vụ khác do Giám sát/Quản lý giao.

1. Offered two meals per day with 5 days working

2. Offered uniform and laundry service for uniform.

3. Joined in the associate activities.

4. Trainee Allowance depends on agreement period

First month and second month: 1,000,000 VND/month

Tháng thứ nhất và tháng thứ hai: 1,000,000 VND/tháng

Third month and Fourth month: 1,500,000 VND/month.

Tháng thứ ba và tháng thứ tư: 1,500,000 VND/tháng.

Fifth month and after: 2,000,000 VND/month.

Tháng thứ năm và các tháng sau đó: 2,000,000 VND/tháng.
5. Have a chance promote to Full - Time or Casual Labour when finished the internship.
