Assistant Business Development Manager

The Assistant Business Development Manager supports the Business Development Manager in identifying and nurturing strategic business relationships and partnerships to promote the club's growth and profitability. This role involves assisting in market analysis, strategy implementation, and maintaining relationships with key partners. The Assistant Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in executing initiatives that drive business expansion and enhance the player base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting market research to understand demographics, culture, behaviors, and competitive landscape in target markets.
• Support the implementation of market-specific initiatives, ensuring they are executed on time and meet measurable targets.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to align business development strategies with promotional activities and campaigns.
• Assist in developing and executing marketing plans that achieve the club’s objectives for products and services.
• Help evaluate and recommend distribution channel development programs.
• Work with the Marketing Communication team to adjust strategies based on market research findings and competitive conditions.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with new and existing customers to drive visitation and engagement with the club.
• Ensure customer interactions are aligned with the club’s guidelines to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Contribute to strategic planning processes to identify opportunities for growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals and ensure business-focused, people-centric operations.
• Maintain the integrity and reputation of the club in all business development activities.
• Assist in managing the budget and complimentary services in alignment with customer reinvestment strategies.
• Other tasks as assigned by direct manager.

• 4 to 6 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field, with experience in the gaming or hospitality industry being advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and customers.
• Experience in market research, strategy development, and implementation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
• Strong analytical skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
