F&B and Event Service Expert (F&B attendant - Restaurant) - Chuyên viên ẩm thực và dịch vụ (Nhân viên phục vụ nhà hàng)

• Take and serve guests’ food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
• Answer questions about menu items and coordinate with the kitchen team when further information is required.
• Provide guests with relevant information about available wines, including their origin, vintage, and style.
• Communicate guests’ allergies, dietary requirements, additional meal requests, and special preferences clearly to the kitchen team.
• Prepare and set tables according to restaurant service standards, ensuring linens, glassware, chinaware, and silverware are clean and properly arranged.
• Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all chinaware, glassware, and silverware before use.
• Ensure each table is fully equipped with clean napkins, silverware, and other required items.
• Check on guests throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction with each course and beverage.
• Clear tables according to restaurant standards and maintain the cleanliness of assigned tables and work areas throughout the shift.
• Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and relevant departments to ensure all guest needs are met.
• Complete assigned duties and check with the supervisor before leaving at the end of the shift.
