• Give task assignment to Villa area hosts
• Monitor butler station and attendant trolley condition during and end of each shift. Ensures all supplies and cleaning equipment are in good working condition and stored in proper locations. Ensures key control procedures are followed.
• Monitor regular inventories of linen, minibar and guest supplies.
• Stay on top of villa blocking for PPM or heavy maintenance. Assign the hosts accordingly.
• Greets guests with a warm and friendly smile. Respect guest privacy at all time and follow the DND procedure.
• Ensures that guest special needs and requirements are delivered promptly.
• Provides current information to guests about hotel facilities, services, and special events.
• Immediately refers problems and complaints to AHKM/HKM
• Make sure Lost and Found procedure in place.
• Checking arrival villa to make sure villa is set up sufficiently & nicely (meet L. Q. A standard)
• Supervises a daily inspection program to responsible areas (villa and butler station) and ensure they are clean and supplied with necessary items and services.
• Conduct necessary preparation for PPM/heavy maintenance villa.
• Communicate with other department (GEM, FB, M&E…) to deliver proper services.
• Perform all attendant tasks when required.

• Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience in an international hotel or luxury resort, preferably with experience in a Team Leader or supervisory position.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning chemicals, equipment, and different surfaces.
• Ability to work safely with various powered and hand equipment and handle cleaning chemicals appropriately.
• Ability to guide, assign, and supervise Housekeeping staff to ensure tasks are completed according to standards
• Good attention to detail, with the ability to identify and address cleanliness or maintenance issues promptly.
• Basic to intermediate MS Office skills.
• Knowledge of Opera and Micros is an advantage.
• Able to speak and understand English and communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Willingness to learn new skills, take initiative, and work effectively under deadlines.
• Must be comfortable working in an outdoor setting and in varying weather conditions.
