- Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures, guide guests through the required formalities, and provide essential information about the hotel and local area / Hỗ trợ quy trình nhận phòng và trả phòng, hướng dẫn khách hoàn tất các thủ tục cần thiết, đồng thời cung cấp thông tin cơ bản về khách sạn và khu vực địa phương.
- Coordinate with relevant departments, such as Housekeeping and Food & Beverage, to ensure guest requests are handled efficiently and promptly / Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan như Buồng phòng (Housekeeping) và Ẩm thực (Food & Beverage) để đảm bảo các yêu cầu của khách được tiếp nhận và xử lý nhanh chóng, hiệu quả.
- Provide travel information and assist guests in planning local activities, sightseeing and excursions / Cung cấp thông tin du lịch, hỗ trợ khách tìm hiểu và lên kế hoạch cho các hoạt động vui chơi, tham quan và khám phá địa phương.
- Participate in and support additional projects and tasks as assigned by the Front Office Manager or Supervisor / Tham gia hỗ trợ các dự án và thực hiện những công việc khác theo sự phân công của Quản lý Tiền sảnh (Front Office Manager) hoặc Giám sát bộ phận (Supervisor).
- Participate in training programs and gain practical experience in front desk operations, communication skills and customer service standards / Tham gia các chương trình đào tạo, tích lũy kinh nghiệm thực tế về nghiệp vụ lễ tân, kỹ năng giao tiếp và tiêu chuẩn dịch vụ khách hàng.
Quyền lợi được hưởng
- Monthly transportation allowance of VND 1,500,000 / Hỗ trợ xăng xe 1.500.000 VNĐ/tháng.
- Two days off per week, with 8-hour working shifts. Minimum internship commitment of 2 months / Được nghỉ 2 ngày/tuần, làm việc theo ca 8 tiếng/ngày. Thời gian thực tập tối thiểu 2 tháng.
- Free staff meals and parking / Được cung cấp cơm ca và giữ xe miễn phí.
- Internship certificate upon completion, with opportunities for full-time employment / Được cấp chứng nhận thực tập sau khi hoàn thành chương trình và có cơ hội trở thành nhân viên chính thức.
- Work in a professional environment with training based on international standards / Làm việc trong môi trường chuyên nghiệp, được đào tạo theo tiêu chuẩn quốc tế.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Students majoring in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related fields who are seeking internship opportunities and practical experience / Sinh viên đang theo học các chuyên ngành Quản trị Khách sạn, Quản trị Du lịch – Nhà hàng – Khách sạn hoặc các ngành liên quan, có nhu cầu tìm kiếm cơ hội thực tập và tích lũy kinh nghiệm thực tế.
- Available for an internship of at least 2 months /Thực tập tối thiểu 2 tháng.
- Good English communication skills /Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt.
- Energetic, adaptable, in good health, and eager to develop professionally in the hospitality industry / Nhanh nhẹn, có khả năng thích nghi, sức khỏe tốt và mong muốn phát triển bản thân trong lĩnh vực khách sạn.
