2. Reports to the Supervisor at the scheduled time in uniform, neat, clean and ready to work

3. Must know assigned work station, side work duties and table numbers

4. Check station and tables set up

5. All tables must be set neatly according to meal period, breakfast, lunch, dinner

6. Must know all the menu items: Preparation method, preparation time, service and all buffet items

7. Checks with guests shortly after the main course is served to see that everything is all right

8. Presents menu to guests, suggesting food and beverages and answering questions regarding the menu.

9. Takes order and places with kitchen or bar and serves same in proper sequence and timing

10. Observers, anticipates and accommodates guests’ needs or requests

11. Restaurant/ Bar cashier to close check, presents same to guests and accepts payment

12. Removes dirty dishes from tables and deposit same on side action or stewarding area

13. Maintains side stand always clean and refill condiments containers

14. Makes all necessary preparations for meals served at different times, and assists kitchen by setting up Buffet

15. Wipe and polishes flatware’s and glasses and folds napkin in his/her station

16. Performs duties common to all rank-and-file staff and other duties as may be assigned

17. Maintains always good team work and cooperation with other outlets

18.Attends to guests complaints and requests and refers same to the supervisor or in absence Captain on duty
