As our Cluster Event Sales Manager, you are more than a sales professional—you are a brand ambassador who brings the An Lam lifestyle to life. You will champion our core values of sustainable development, environmental preservation, celebration of Vietnamese cultural identity, and holistic well-being. By embracing this vision, you will deliver exceptional, mindful experiences for our guests while inspiring and developing our team members ("stars") to reach their full potential.


Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Ownership & Sales Drive

  • Drive Revenue: Take full ownership of promoting, selling, and coordinating Weddings, Meetings, and Events to hit and exceed annual revenue targets for both An Lam Retreats Saigon River and An Lam Retreats Ninh Van Bay.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and key industry stakeholders. Deeply understand their needs to provide tailor-made, unforgettable solutions.
  • Seamless Execution: Craft customized proposals, presentations, and contracts. Collaborate closely with Sales, F&B, and AV teams to ensure flawless, seamless event execution from concept to completion.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends, competitor moves, and industry shifts. Implement strategic pricing and promotional initiatives, maximizing profitability through proactive upselling and cross-selling.
  • Proactive Networking: Conduct impactful site inspections and host key clients/delegates. Proactively organize at least 10 sales calls and entertainment activities per month based on business priorities, while meticulously managing system client profiles.

2. Financial & Strategic Performance

  • Partner with the Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing (DOSM) to recommend optimal pricing strategies for wedding, social, and meeting segments to capture maximum market share.
  • Contribute to the preparation of the annual event sales plan, Capex budgets, and the overall Sales & Marketing strategy for the cluster.

3. Inspiring People Management

  • Lead by Example: Ensure the event sales team consistently delivers courteous, professional service in strict alignment with An Lam brand standards and policies.
  • Nurture Talent: Empower, coach, and counsel team members. Foster a supportive work environment that encourages career growth, self-improvement, and open feedback.
  • Continuous Training: Collaborate with the SM Trainer and HODs to identify training needs, facilitate workshops, and ensure consistent skill development across the entire sales team.
