As a Guest Service Agent, you will report daily to the Guest Service Supervisor and thrive within a supportive, collaborative team that values creativity, care, and sustainability. Your role is to create meaningful connections and ensure each guest experiences the serenity and beauty of our island sanctuary.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience while responding promptly and thoughtfully to all requests throughout their stay.

Maintain accurate guest and resort accounts, ensuring all charges are correctly posted in a timely and transparent manner.

Uphold the highest standards of security and discretion in handling credit and cash transactions, issuing room keys, and protecting guest privacy and confidentiality.

Foster clear and caring communication between guests and all resort departments, both verbally and in writing, to ensure a smooth and harmonious guest journey.

Operate the switchboard and guest messaging systems efficiently, managing all calls with grace, professionalism, and attention to detail.

• Professional telephone manner and exceptional customer service skills. 
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills. 
• A friendly and positive can-do attitude who enjoys working in a team. 
• Excellent grooming and presentation standards. 
• Proficient computer skills – Word, Excel, PMS and Outlook. 
• Previous experience with Opera, Smile or similar PMS desirable, however not essential. 
• The flexibility to work shifts including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
