Mô tả công việc

This role is responsible for providing administration and organization support for the Training & Development functions. Respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve the highest satisfaction of Departments.

* Responsibilities:

Create training schedules for all departments, track and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records for the company.
Assist in the training for the new hires on company policies and procedures and use the best training methods for a specific purpose or audience.
Gather and evaluate information from employees and management on previous training to identify weaknesses and areas that need additional training.
Attend seminars and meetings to learn new training methods and techniques and use the knowledge to prepare and coordinate future training sessions.
PR about company training opportunities for employees and provide information on benefits to encourage participation.
Inform employees about scheduled training and track their progress.
Recommend training materials and methods, order and maintain in-house training equipment and facilities and manage the budget set for training.
Assist the Trainers and evaluate results after training.
May be required to perform other duties required by the Human Resources team.

Yêu cầu công việc

Working at Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc.
Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum at least 1 year of Training Coordinator or Human Resources or Administration Secretary experience required.
Fluently in the Vietnamese and English language both verbally and non-verbally.
Proven experience with computers & software.
Professional appearance.
