- Assist the Director of Sales and Assistant Director of Sales in establishing a sales plan and budget to reflect the company’s and the hotel’s goals and objectives.
- Maintains and upgrades communication networks to ensure the hotel has a competitive advantage in information and sales leads.
- Conducts market analysis and devises strategies for generating new business.
- Analyses the sales results and recommends ways to improve or solve the problems.
- Furnishes monthly sales reports on a timely basis.
- Achieves budgeted room night quotas and average rates set out in the yearly business plan for the hotel.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales and Assistant Director of Sales.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team, fostering a positive, high-performance work culture.
- Support initiatives that improve employee satisfaction, loyalty, and retention within the sales department.
- Develop yourself continuously to become a better executive.
- Understand company rules, regulations, and basic labor laws.
- Coordinate with others to help achieve the company’s goals.
- Report to Director of Sales
- Direct and supervise Sales Manager, Sales Executive/Assistant Sales Manager, Sales Coordinator
- Coordinate with the Hotel’s Executive Committee/Department Head, Director of Revenue, Administrative Assistant, and all concerned personnel to ensure that all activities are accomplished.
- Interact with clients, guests, government officials, suppliers, and key individuals in the community to promote the hotel.
- Communicate effectively with guests.
- Engage in continuous learning through your Individual Development Plan (IDP).
- Carry out any other duties assigned by your superior.
- Represent Dusit’s brand and values at all times. Establish relationships first and foremost and deliver an exceptional guest experience while promoting Thai graciousness.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum education of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management, or relevant discipline
- At least 7 years of comprehensive sales and marketing experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar position, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of hotel sales strategies, including corporate, leisure, and group sales, as well as experience in managing key client accounts and driving revenue from diverse market segments.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Have a positive attitude toward challenges and the drive to excel
- Possesses professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
