POSITION SUMMARYPOSITION SUMMARY
Install, Maintain, and Repair Items
Store all flammable materials are stored in OSHA and EPA approved containment devices.
Use the Lockout/Tagout system before performing any maintenance work.
Carry all equipment (e.g., keys, phones, pager, tools, radio) in order to maintain preparedness to carry out work tasks at all times.
Respond and attend to Director of Residences/Residences Manager requests.
Perform miscellaneous minor repairs in the common areas and amenity spaces such as changing light bulbs, painting, changing air conditioning filters, and washing carpets.
Perform miscellaneous minor repairs such as tightening loose toilet seats; changing light bulbs; unclogging toilets and garbage disposals; and patching holes in walls.
Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
Maintain Building and Property
Report any serious maintenance problems, unusual findings, or safety hazards immediately to the manager/supervisor.
Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves for equipment.
And other task assigned by manager/supervisor.

- Technical, Trade or Vocational School Degree
- 1 year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience is required
