F&B Sales Executive - in Phu Quoc

• Effective planning to conduct sales presentations of hotel F&B products and services while on site

• Liaising between the hotel and customers for up to date pricing, service, and latest promotion launches.

• Identifying and qualifying prospective customers through research, networking, and cold calling.

• Manage all bookings on Resdiary, control table layout, reservations & reports.

• Enhancing up to date knowledge on new promotions, procedures, services, and tools by attending departmental and training meetings.

• Effectively manage social networking, reply guests who concern about every details related to F&B.

• Using marketing data to maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency by using relevant sales management tools.

• Updating and maintaining customer account records, including contact names and numbers for future sales.

• Meet all customers during functions and identify, the potential business opportunities arising from these functions.

• Providing product quotes to customers as needed.

• Secure group business for all outlets of the hotel as well as banquet.

• Target tour guides and travel agents with the help of sales and marketing database.

• Seek to achieve F&B budget targets across all outlets.

• 2-month probation period with 100% salary and full-service charge
• 5 working days per week as regulated | 2 days off per week

• Diploma in Human Resources Management / Hotel Management or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar capacity
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
