Job Description: As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the resort, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities and the achievement of financial and operational goals. Working closely with the Board of Directors, you will manage all departments, including sales, marketing, human resources, and guest services, to maintain the highest standards of service and profitability.
1. Lead and oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring smooth communication between management, staff, and external partners.
2. Take full responsibility for the financial performance of the resort, including revenue generation, cost management, payroll, and profitability.
3. Develop and implement strategic plans for sales and marketing, focusing on maximizing revenue and guest satisfaction through effective pricing and promotional
strategies.
4. Ensure that the resort maintains exceptional product and service quality, meeting and exceeding guest expectations.
5. Foster a cohesive and motivated team by setting clear performance standards, offering guidance, and encouraging professional development among staff.
6. Collaborate with the leadership team to develop the resort’s annual budget, financial forecasts, and operational objectives.
7. Manage the resort's physical assets and facilities, implementing preventive maintenance programs to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
8. Enforce strict compliance with safety and security protocols, ensuring a safe environment for both guests and employees.
9. Lead crisis management efforts in emergency situations, responding quickly and effectively to resolve any issues that arise.
10. Engage with guests, responding to complaints, feedback, or suggestions in a timely and professional manner to ensure a superior guest experience.
11. Actively explore opportunities to grow the business, improve operational processes, and increase customer satisfaction.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Proven leadership experience of at least 5 years in a senior management role within the hospitality or resort industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration (Master’s degree preferred).
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to develop and manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in sales and marketing strategies, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and pricing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate large teams in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry software and management tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Local candidates are highly preferred.
