Mô tả công việc

Welcome guests and provide information about spa services.
Handle appointments, check-in, and check-out procedures.
Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
Maintain accurate reservation records and guest information.
Assist with payment transactions and retail product sales.
Keep the reception area clean and well-organized.
Support the Spa team in daily operations and other assigned tasks.

Monthly Allowance: 2,000,000 VND/month, paid based on actual working days
Roundtrip Ticket Allowance for relocation purposes.

Yêu cầu công việc

Can take at least a 3-month internship
Must have quick adaptability to effectively work in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate true responsiveness to all assigned tasks.
Be meticulous, and attentive to details.
Can work on a rotated shift.
Skilled in English, both oral and written.
