Mô tả công việc
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming food ingredients (vegetables, meat, seafood, spices, etc.).
- Prepare ingredients according to kitchen standards:
- Clean, peel, trim, cut, chop, or grind as required.
- Portion and weigh ingredients accurately following recipes.
- Prepare mise en place for the main kitchen’s daily operations.
- Support other kitchen sections when needed (hot kitchen, cold kitchen, Western or Asian sections, etc.).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the working area, ensuring compliance with food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP).
- Report to the Demi Chef or Head Chef if any ingredients do not meet quality standards.

Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 1 years of Demi Chef de Partie or Commis I experiences in a 5 star hotel
- Have a strong working knowledge of western and other Asian Cuisine
- Strong understanding of HACCP, displays a high level of food and personal hygiene
- Demonstrates real passion for menu planning and leadership
