ACC Operation Coordinator / Điều phối viên vận hành ACC

• Supervise the entire ACC area to ensure seamless operational activities.

• Coordinate with relevant departments (Engineering, Housekeeping, F&B, AV, Security) to resolve technical issues, maintenance, safety, and customer service during events.

• Conduct regular inspections of storage, equipment, tools, ACC landscapes, outdoor areas, and related services (at least monthly). Consolidate reports on inventory status, damages, and propose solutions. Report to the MD and work directly with department heads to ensure efficient management and maintenance.

• Ensure strict adherence to operational, hygiene, and fire safety standards.

• Propose solutions to improve operational efficiency and resolve issues promptly.

2. Acting on Behalf of the MD:

• Represent the MD in ACC operations meetings and MB briefings when the MD is on business trips, on leave, or unavailable, ensuring decisions made are tracked and implemented.

• Monitor the execution of the MD’s directives related to operations.

• Report on operational status and propose solutions to the MD.

3. Incident Handling and Customer Experience Improvement:

• Coordinate personnel across departments to address arising issues.

• Directly receive, analyze, and resolve customer feedback regarding services while ensuring relevant departments implement appropriate improvements.

• Support visiting delegations and ensure all departments are well-prepared.

4. Vendor and Service Contract Management:

• Work with contractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with ACC regulations.

• Evaluate service quality from contractors and recommend changes if necessary.

5. Operational Reporting:

• Collect data and compile reports on ACC operational status.

• Assist the MD in presenting reports to senior management.

• Disseminate report content to relevant departments for implementation of improvements.

6. Other Duties:

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the MD.

• Understanding of AI applications in optimizing event operations, customer data analysis, and enhancing service experiences.

• Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to compile data and utilize analytical tools for creating operational reports and proposing improvements based on real-time data.

• Capable of working independently and handling work pressure effectively.

• Knowledge of event and F&B operations, especially in conference center or hotel environments.
